Arugula

Arugula, or Rocket if we are feeling a bit British, may be my (Jenn) favorite green. I love the peppery zip and that it is rich in vitamin K, is great for inflammation, and helps with digestion. Not only do I love to eat a salad of it but having it in eggs and on pizza with a balsamic glaze is the best.

Storage Tips

  • Keep your arugula in the bag it is in in your CSA Box. It will keep a week or more but ours never lasts that long.
