Romano Beans

Romano beans are an Italian flat bean in the same family as string beans. They are long and flat with a juicy, sweet flavor and great crunch. You can snack on them raw, blanch, saute, grill, or even slowly braise them. Use them whole or cut them into bite-sized pieces. You can use them in any recipe that calls for string, snap, or green beans.
