Swiss Chard

Chard is a highly nutritious leafy green that is loaded with fiber, iron, Vitamin K and antioxidants. Chard can be used raw in salads and smoothies, is great in stir fries and soups and consider putting chard on your next sandwich instead of lettuce.

  • If using the stem, which is fibrous, make sure you cook it longer than the leaves.
